Constanza's bike park

Hey, we are a couple of guys from Bulgaria, Varna and are going to visit the bike park in Constanza. So we were wondering if there's going to be someone there in friday (the 30th) so that we could maybe ride together.

It would be great if you could also show us around in the city and have a blast. We are going to be there for just one day. Maybe arrive at 10A.M. and leave at 10 P.M. or something.....we'll decide there.

Oh and we also wanted to know if you have to enter there with some kind of registration or something?
